B.E.G. expands KNX RF with powerful flush-mounted switch actuator for renovation and modernisation

The KNX-RF switch actuator 230V is the ideal solution for renovations and modernisations where no KNX bus lines are available. Communication is reliably provided via KNX RF in the 868 MHz band – with an internal high-performance antenna. The compact 1-channel flush-mounted actuator is KNX Secure-compatible, has a switching contact that is specially optimised for capacitive loads, and a practical test button on the housing. Thanks to the integrated repeater function, the radio range can be easily extended. Connection is convenient via pre-assembled connection wires, and its extensive functionality makes it a versatile component for modern KNX RF installations.

The switch actuator is particularly suitable for use in combination with the KNX RF sensor PD2N-RF-KNXs-DX-FC.

For example, presence or motion signals can be reliably detected by radio and directly trigger switching actions – even in locations without an existing KNX bus line. This creates a flexible, powerful overall system for smart retrofitting.
