DALI-LINK Multiroom solution

Occupancy detectors and the integration of the DALI BUS system alone can reduce energy consumption for lighting by up to 80%. For customers, an investment is definitely worthwhile, because in addition to reducing energy costs, control via DALI can simultaneously extend the service life of LED luminaires.

B.E.G. DALI-LINK enables easy integration in buildings. Several rooms are equipped systematically at the same time (modular multi-room solution). There are two types of operation. Via Bluetooth, DALI-LINK can be set up as an “island” solution. With three components a user-friendly automation is realised in one or more rooms - quickly and easily addressable from any smartphone via Bluetooth.

The DALI-LINK starter set (93840) contains all the components you need to implement lighting automation for your DALI luminaires:

a DALI push-button module with four binary inputs and integrated Bluetooth gateway for concealed mounting behind flush-mounted insert
a particularly flat, addressable PD11 DALI multisensor with a visible mounting height of only 0.85 mm and with integrated DALI application controlle
a DALI power supply unit for the B.E.G. DALI-LINK Multiroom solution for installation in suspended ceilings.

Parameterising and creating scenes with the Bluetooth APP

The B.E.G. DALI-LINK app enables easy and fast parameterisation. The app has become even more userfriendly and has been expanded to include numerous functionalities.

For example, device parameters can be stored in a database. This can be shared and saved via e-mail, a messenger or your own cloud. This is helpful when project information is to be exchanged within the team and minimises the effort involved in swapping end devices such as smartphones, tablets or the BLE push-button module. All data is preserved and can be viewed.
