Oca Global is a family business based in Barcelona, dedicated to inspection, certification, testing, consultancy and training for all types of companies. The management would like a new headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès, near Barcelona, which would create a reference environment for the company, represent a brand image and highlight the value of the human team that makes up the company.

It is an imposing building of more than 4,000 square metres with a morphology consisting of a ground floor and three floors opening onto a large atrium. Inspired by the idea of the flagship, not only because of its importance but also because of its geometric layout, the new offices have become the company's trademark. A large building where all the "crew members" pull together to move the company forward. The arrangement of the interior floors on different decks divides the space, and the ground floor was chosen as the waterline of the ship.

B.E.G. has taken over the lighting management for the different areas with a calendar function that leads to the creation of events so that the system executes them autonomously. The building has autonomous detectors based on occupancy, ambient brightness and programming and behaviour according to the astronomical clock. In this way, it is possible to programme and schedule lighting scenes for each area and/or combination of areas, which facilitates the control of groups. In addition, the system has an intuitive interface that allows quick modification of lighting levels, blind positions or lighting scenes to be programmed.
