Casa Les Punxes x Cloudworks is the perfect mix of free time and work. The building in Barcelona is a flexible workspace that provides its members with the necessary tools for their professional development. It has various coworking plans and private offices, as well as an extensive programme of cultural activities.
The premises are divided into three clearly defined areas that invite you to both work and relax: Lobby, Coworking Area and Roof Terrace.
- In the lobby, which is open to the public, there are chill-out areas that are just as suitable for leisure and pleasure as they are for work.
- The coworking area is located on the first floor directly above the lobby and comprises 74 comfortable and pleasant workstations.
- The roof terrace is protected by the famous six poinxes that give Casa Terradas its name. This area is for relaxation and contemplation. To this end, it has five bright meeting rooms and a canteen where both staff and visitors can have lunch and chat.
B.E.G. has carried out a complete integration of the DALI SYS control system there. The control system adapts to the specific needs of each of the three zones into which the emblematic building is divided and to the contribution of ambient light to ensure savings, comfort and safety.
