Pleasant lighting in the office is an important criterion for productivity at the workplace: light increases concentration and well-being. But it does not mean leaving the light on from morning to night. Our B.E.G. occupancy detectors, motion detectors, sensors and actuators control the lighting automatically. During periods when the office is not occupied, e.g., during the lunch break, the lighting control system automatically switches off the light. In addition, depending on the amount of daylight, the occupancy detector only adds as much artificial light as is needed at the moment to generate optimal lighting. Building automation reduces operating costs and saves energy at the same time.
